Qualifications

• Experience in social work, counseling, career planning, placement, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the mission of SERCO.
• Maintains knowledge of the statement of work and performance goals; ensures compliance with contract provisions.
• Evaluates procedures for improvement; develops and implements better methods.
• Works with operations to establish standards of excellence via qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Identifies best practices and communicates findings to SERCO management and network.
• Implements prescribed program-related procedures and follows up with staff.
• Identifies problems and service gaps; prepares reports to program management.
• Provides guidance and on-site training as needed.
• Documents quality findings and maintains quality control records.
• Participates in continuous improvement and lessons learned sessions.
• Reports quality control status and escalates critical issues when needed.
