Job summary

Quantix SCS LLC seeks a Quality Control Specialist to lead quality audits across sites from its Rincon, NM locations. You will verify process adherence, investigate NCRs, and coordinate corrective actions with site leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in Auditing or Quality Assurance preferred.
• Solid understanding of operational workflows, quality control processes, and corrective action methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one (1) quality layered audit per site, per week, with full documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate post-audit actions including scheduling team reviews, organizing training or re-training, and driving corrective actions to closure.
• Review customer non-conformance reports (NCRs), perform initial investigations, and draft preliminary responses.
• Partner with site leadership to schedule and execute NCR-related standdowns and track team participation.
• Perform and document routine Verification & Validation (V&V) audits.
• Conduct photo verifications as required, based on site-specific targets.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
