Job summary

Toyota Boshoku America is seeking a dedicated production supervisor for the evening shift at its Jackson, Tennessee plant. The role supervises team leaders and associates, plans stationing, and analyzes production requirements to meet schedules and quality standards.

The position requires strong supervisory skills, expertise in manufacturing processes, and ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives. This is a salaried, full-time role with a focus on safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing supervision
• Ability to plan, schedule, and evaluate performance
• Understanding of quality management and control systems
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints and specifications

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates daily production operations during shift
• Trains and coaches associates and sets up training programs
• Maintains records and reports on production, quality, and safety
• Ensures safe working environment and compliance with procedures
• Monitors workflow, uses corrective actions, and coordinates equipment maintenance
