Insidesource in Seattle seeks a Quality Control Coordinator to ensure customer satisfaction on projects of all sizes and complexities. The role interfaces with sales, design, SC, PM and service center, strengthening vendor relationships and ensuring timely responses to warranty claims.

The position emphasizes resolving punch list items, coordinating missing information with project teams, and maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control or project coordination.
• Contract furniture experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client concerns related to punch lists, warranty requests, freight claims, and order discrepancies.
• Review punch submissions for completeness and coordinate with project teams to obtain missing information.
• Provide prompt, professional responses to client inquiries and follow up on deliveries and installations.
• Assist in day-to-day questions fromSales Coordinator and Service Center teams regarding status of orders.
• Assist in timely placement of product or service orders upon receipt.
• Review and enter vendor product acknowledgments accurately.
• Participate in customer experience improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
