Job summary

Infinisource Consulting Solutions is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to assure compliance with established standards and meet customer expectations. You will participate in process improvements and validate changes for effectiveness, efficiency and contractual compliance.

Key duties include preparing inspection reports, developing the Quality Control Plan, analyzing defects for root causes, and coordinating corrective actions with managers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures, systems and office terminology.
• Knowledge of security operations for protection of people, data and property.

Responsibilities

• Prepare correspondence, reports of inspections or investigations, and recommendations.
• Develops, implements, and maintains the Quality Control Plan.
• Analyzes defects and root causes to determine corrective action.
• Develops and documents corrective action plans with managers.
• Conducts surveillance and monitors corrective action effectiveness.
• Collects, analyzes, and reports performance metrics.
• Conducts quality control inspections to ensure contract compliance.
• Documents standardized work instructions with supervisors.
• Provide briefings to top management on quality inspections and initiatives.
