Job SummaryThe Quality Control Coordinator plays an integral role in the success of the organization by ensuring customer satisfaction on projects of all sizes and complexities. This role interacts with all members of the Insidesource organization including sales, design, SC, PM and the service center. The QCC strengthens Insidesource relationships with all our vendors and manufacturers. This position has a direct correlation on current and future contract sales affected by timely and accurate responsiveness to both internal and external customers. QCC is committed to providing ongoing support aside from initial punch including all future warranty claims submitted by customers.
