Job summary

Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry or related field; equivalent experience acceptable.
- Demonstrated experience in cGMP laboratory operations and analytical methods.
- Proficiency with laboratory computer systems (SAP, Empower, OneLab, Veeva) and strong technical leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead laboratory investigations and deviations with root-cause analysis and timely closure under regulatory guidelines.
- Own laboratory methodologies, keep analytical methods validated, and ensure data integrity and control.
- Drive lean improvements and inspection readiness in lab operations and processes.
- Review and approve analytical data while coaching/mentoring lab technicians to safeguard quality.
- Act as a safety role model and eliminate hazards to maintain a compliant workplace.
