Elanco in Clinton, IN is seeking a Quality Control Chemist to support the Clinton Quality Control laboratory, ensuring cGMP compliance, safety and product quality. You’ll collaborate across QA and Manufacturing to tackle investigations and improve analytical methods.

You will lead lab investigations, maintain validated methods, and coach technicians, while promoting a safe, compliant work environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytical Chemistry or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with cGMP laboratory operations and analytical methods.
• Proficiency with SAP, Empower, OneLab and Veeva.

Aufgaben

• Lead laboratory investigations and deviations with root cause analysis.
• Own laboratory methods; keep methods validated and data in control.
• Drive lean improvements in lab operations and inspection readiness.
• Review analytical data and provide coaching to technicians.
• Promote safety and eliminate hazards in the lab.
