Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead laboratory investigations and deviations; perform root cause analysis and ensure timely closure.
• Own laboratory methodologies; maintain validated methods in control state.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean initiatives and inspection readiness.
• Review analytical data; provide coaching and training to technicians.
• Maintain a safe, compliant laboratory environment and identify hazards.
