About the Role:

Join Dialxpress as a Quality Control Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality. After our telemarketer has a prospect interested, they will send the call to you to verify interest and reverify information before transferring the call to the client. We are passionate about delivering excellence and are looking for detail-oriented individuals to help us maintain our commitment to quality in every aspect of our operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
2. Document and report quality issues and discrepancies to the management team.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
4. Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality checkpoints are met.
5. Perform routine tests and measurements to verify product specifications.
6. Maintain accurate records of inspections and testing results.
7. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

Requirements:
