This role involves quality testing all benefit plans. The specialist will collaborate with the Account Install Specialist team during plan development, ensuring the plan is built correctly according to client specifications. They will verify details such as deductibles, out-of-pocket limits, and pricing, primarily through internal communication. The role requires high attention to detail, with no phone work involved. Expectations include working on approximately 25 plans per week after training.
