Job summary

LGC Biosearch Technologies in Petaluma, CA seeks a Quality Control Analyst I to perform routine analytical testing of oligonucleotides and materials in a regulated lab. You will operate HPLC/LC-MS, interpret data, and support product disposition with complete documentation.

You will ensure equipment calibration, maintain safe lab practices, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s in a related field required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, chemical engineering, pharma sciences, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in an analytical laboratory environment.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain quality documentation.
• Strong data analysis and accurate recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine QC testing of oligonucleotides, raw materials, and final products.
• Operate HPLC and LC/MS equipment and document results per specs.
• Update records and support product disposition decisions.
• Label products with correct quality status and maintain equipment.
• Follow GMP-like practices and ensure laboratory safety and calibration.
