Job summary

HEPCO, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to support a portfolio of Energy Efficiency Programs. The role focuses on reviewing project documents, validating data accuracy, and ensuring compliance with program requirements and quality standards.

You will collaborate across departments, run Excel-based reports, verify invoices, and help develop QA/QC processes, logs, and training materials to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume reviews.
• Experience with Excel and database applications required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to define QA/QC parameters for projects in the portfolio.
• Run Excel-based exception reports to identify gaps and anomalies in documentation.
• Perform quality control reviews on project samples.
• Verify invoices against costs in program databases.
• Validate project information against supporting documentation.
• Develop and present QA/QC findings and recommendations.
• Maintain QA/QC logs, procedures, and supporting documentation.
• Identify trends and deviations from program standards.
• Assist in developing training materials to address process gaps.
