Job summary

POWERX is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee QA/QC, data review, and reporting for electrical testing projects. You will validate data, ensure compliance with NETA standards, and support audits while coordinating with teams and clients to ensure accuracy and quality.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of QA/QC or testing experience, strong documentation skills, and proficiency with Excel and QA software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of QA/QC, data review, or testing experience.
• Familiarity with NETA standards and electrical testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Document management of test reports, data sheets, and related documentation.
• Conduct thorough reviews of data sheets and test reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure testing and reporting meet NETA standards and company policies.
• Provide training and guidance on QA/QC processes and audits.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to address quality issues and clarify requirements.
• Identify discrepancies and drive corrective actions to improve processes.
