Job summary

Prime Data Centers is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program Engineer to serve as the quality authority across the equipment lifecycle from factory through energization. You will own the verification chain for Owner Furnished/Contractor Installed assets, ensuring they are built, tested, documented, and turned over exactly as specified in submittals and drawings.

The role collaborates with Procurement, Engineering, Commissioning, and Construction teams to maintain rigorous QA/QC

Qualifications

QA/QC experience in mission critical, data center, industrial, or high reliability construction environments.
Experience witnessing factory acceptance testing of electrical and mechanical gear.
Strong understanding of OQE principles and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

Manage Factory Witness Test / FAT Tracker including scheduling and assignments.
Conduct audits of documentation and coordinate root cause analysis.
Document OFCI equipment findings and ensure traceability from factory to field.
Verify asset tag data and reconcile discrepancies in drawings and submittals.
Lead or support audits and RCA to resolve open issues with data-driven evidence.
