Quality Control Analyst is responsible for conducting independent quality control reviews of company accounts to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, and adherence of underwriting and operational activities to established policies, procedures, and documentation standards
Quality Control Analyst performs detailed QC audits, documents findings and exceptions, identifies potential errors or process gaps, and escalates findings requiring additional review to Quality Control management. The role supports the overall effectiveness of the Quality Control program by providing accurate, consistent, and well-documented audit results.
This is an in-person position that can be based out of one of our offices located in Denver, CO, Las Vegas, NV, Rosemont, IL or Charlotte, NC.
