Job summary

Libra Solutions is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to conduct independent QC reviews of company accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies. The role supports underwriting and operations by producing detailed audit results and recommendations for process improvements.

The position is in-person and can be based out of Denver, CO or other offices nationwide. A strong background in QC, auditing, and data analysis, plus a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in underwriting, quality control, auditing, or related field.
• Strong understanding of underwriting, due diligence, documentation, and operational processes.
• Knowledge of privacy, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed QC audits of company accounts using established procedures and tools.
• Review underwriting decisions, due diligence, account documentation, and case information for accuracy and completeness.
• Document audit results, findings, and supporting information clearly in QC records.
• Escalate significant or unclear findings to QC management for review and action.
• Identify recurring errors, trends, and process gaps for risk reduction and efficiency.
• Maintain organized QC documentation and assist with procedure development and reviewer resources.
