Job summary

Libra Solutions seeks a Quality Control Analyst to perform detailed quality control audits of company accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to underwriting standards. The role requires documenting findings and escalating issues to QC management.

The candidate will review due diligence, contract terms, account data, and documentation, contributing to the ongoing improvement of QC processes and tools. This is an in-person role with offices in multiple cities including Rosemont, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Experience with quality control reviews or audits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed QC audits of company accounts using established QC procedures, review criteria, and audit tools.
• Review underwriting decisions, due diligence, account documentation, case information, and payment terms for accuracy and adherence to requirements.
• Document audit results and supporting information clearly in QC tools and records.
• Escalate significant or unclear findings to QC management for review.
• Maintain organized QC documentation in accordance with recordkeeping practices.
