Libra Solutions seeks a Quality Control Analyst to conduct independent QC reviews of company accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies. The role involves auditing underwriting decisions, due diligence, and account documentation, with clear, well-documented audit results.

The position supports the QC program’s effectiveness by identifying errors, gaps, and risks, and requires collaboration with QC management and partners. In-person role across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of underwriting, quality control, auditing, operations, or related experience in consumer funding, healthcare, legal, insurance, or similar.
• Strong understanding of underwriting, due diligence, documentation, and operational processes.
• Knowledge of applicable privacy, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to identify discrepancies across documents and systems.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to apply established standards consistently while using judgment in unusual circumstances.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documenting findings clearly.
• Experience with case management or document management systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and other reporting/data-analysis tools.
• Prior QC review or audit experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform detailed quality control audits of company accounts using established QC procedures and tools.
• Review underwriting decisions, due diligence, account documentation, case information, agreements, and payment terms for accuracy.
• Document audit results, findings, exceptions, and supporting information in QC tools and records.
• Escalate significant or unclear findings to QC management for review.
• Identify recurring errors, trends, process gaps, and risks through QC observations.
• Participate with QC management and business partners to ensure consistent policy application.
