Job summary

Valmet is seeking a motivated Quality Manager to strengthen delivery performance, improve customer satisfaction, and elevate quality across operations. You will collaborate with Operations, Service, and Sales to ensure smooth deliveries and resolve product issues.

This role focuses on audits, supplier quality, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement, with a proactive mindset and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in quality management and/or quality assurance.
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering/management field with some quality related courses.
• Experience with lean and root-cause analysis; audits experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Support supplier quality, audits, and supplier performance improvements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and monitor COPQ and quality initiatives across the organization.
