Job summary

Valmet is seeking a Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager to strengthen delivery performance, improve customer satisfaction, and elevate overall quality across operations. You will collaborate with Operations, Service and Sales to address customer and product issues and drive continuous improvement of the supply chain.

The role focuses on leading root cause analyses, supplier quality, audits, and quality reporting, while supporting management systems and COPQ tracking.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in quality management and/or quality assurance
• Master's or bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management or similar field
• Experience or training in quality, lean and root cause analysis
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and project/service deliveries
• Familiarity with Automation Solutions products, preferably DCS
• Ability to navigate matrix organisations and communicate effectively
• Fluent English; Portuguese/Spanish is a plus
