Job summary

Valmet seeks a Quality Manager to strengthen delivery performance and customer satisfaction across operations, service, and sales. You will coordinate audits, improve manufacturing quality with suppliers, and drive continuous improvement in our supply chain.

The role includes supporting our management system, contributing to quality reporting, and ensuring corrective actions are effectively implemented. Up to 25% travel required within the US and internationally.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in quality management and/or quality assurance.
• Degree in industrial engineering, automation, or related field with quality focus.
• Experience with quality, lean and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analyses and drive corrective actions with structured problem solving.
• Strengthen supplier quality through handling nonconformities and supplier audits.
• Coordinate external/internal audits and maintain business processes.
• Support COPQ tracking and progress of quality initiatives.
