Job summary

Kelvion seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead value-driven CI initiatives across manufacturing. You will design and implement Lean systems, drive cost, quality, and service improvements, and mentor teams in data-driven problem solving. Strong project leadership and KPI tracking are essential.

The role focuses on sustaining a culture of continuous improvement and delivering measurable performance gains within a global leader in thermal solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• At least five years general management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to conceptualize and implement the complete manufacturing process, systems and structure.
• Fluent in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing tools, concepts, and methodology.
• Experience in creating and deploying CI Goals and KPI metrics.
• Experience using Microsoft Projects and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to generate value and costs savings.
• Develop and communicate a vision and strategy for implementing a comprehensive Lean manufacturing system.
• Drive cost and quality improvements through structured CI programs and projects.
• Perform root cause analysis and lead process improvement projects across manufacturing and assembly.
• Collect and analyse data for process mapping, budgeting, and cost analysis.
• Provide strategic leadership and planning for technical training in CI methods.
• Collaborate with business leadership to prioritize opportunities to support cost-saving programs and growth.
• Monitor quality and drive waste reduction through implemented improvements.
