Job summary

You will organize project information, parts and materials, supervise staff, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of machine tools and fabricating operations.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service and manufacturing operations in the plant.
• Organize project information, parts and materials, and maintain delivery schedules.
• Ensure quality initiatives and compliance with customer needs.
• Direct workforce by supervising employees to produce a quality product.
• Maintain plant equipment to OEM specifications and OSHA regulations.
• Implement changes to maintain efficient production flow and startup of new tools.
• Troubleshoot and improve production installations as needed.
