Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Must be proficient in ERP system such as SAP.
• Possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate as project lead or team member.
• Oversee employee relations including performance reviews and staffing decisions.
• Conduct routine meetings and maintain open communication.
• Develop and maintain QC/QA protocols and corrective/preventive actions.
• Lead 7S/Lean programs and ensure safety compliance.
