Job summary

HellermannTyton North America is seeking a Quality Technician Supervisor to oversee daily quality control activities and lead the technician team. The role focuses on ensuring smooth QA processes, handling escalated issues, coordinating schedules, and supporting training and continuous improvement efforts.

The position requires 4+ years in QA in manufacturing, strong leadership, and the ability to work non-standard hours. Proficiency with MES, SQC PAC, JDE, and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of experience in a quality assurance role in manufacturing or related industry.
• Leadership or team coordination experience strongly preferred.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Good vision and color identification required for inspections.
• Ability to work non-standard hours and respond to shift demands.
• Must be able to stand for 6-8 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day quality control activities and lead the technician team.
• Handle escalated quality issues and coordinate with production and engineering for resolution.
• Manage team schedules and training/development of staff.
• Ensure proper execution of quality processes and maintain compliance with established standards.
• Provide backup coverage for technical and administrative quality functions.
• Conduct process audits and drive continuous improvement across shifts.
