Job summary

HIROTEC Manufacturing America, located in Fayetteville, Tennessee, is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality department and ensure adherence to customer requirements and HIROTEC quality standards. Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing quality plans and metrics.
• Familiarity with ISO/TS quality standards and lean manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manpower to support quality activities and customer deliverables.
• Set objectives and train the Quality department.
• Develop and execute the company quality plan with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor budget controls for the Quality department and forecast expenditures.
• Communicate with customers and vendors and provide updates on deliverables.
