Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required; Master's preferred.
• 5 years of related experience with at least 2 years of leadership.
• Thorough understanding of quality control standards and methodologies, including ISO 9000.
• Experience with quality improvement tools and techniques (i.e., Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC)

• Maintain quality management system to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Directs and supervises the quality control department staff; conduct evaluations and handle disciplinary actions.
