Job summary

Rimrock is seeking a Quality & Compliance Coordinator to support quality initiatives by auditing charts and records for adherence to HIPAA, 42 CFR, CARF, and other standards. The role involves coaching staff, managing information requests, and ensuring compliant document management across the organization.

The position requires a High School Diploma and experience using computer systems, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Experience learning computer systems/software and navigating databases.
• Ability to communicate across disciplines and programs within Rimrock.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; identify trends and discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Process routine chart audits within defined timelines.
• Coach staff to improve quality documentation and record management.
• Process information requests and ensure compliance with standards/regulations.
• Report findings, trends, and outcomes of audits to stakeholders.
• Assist with Release of Information or records requests and other tasks.
