Job summary

The position reports to the Assistant Controller in Administration and collaborates with the Controller on revenue cycle management and vendor relations. A two-year business background and strong MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; two years’ experience in a business environment.
• Proficient in communication and organization; strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with insurance billing and claims monitoring preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient accounts collections and related insurance/third party billings.
• Maintain relationships with outside collection agencies and vendors.
• Support Revenue Cycle Management and coordinate with Controllers on insurance company relations.
