Job summary

Children’s Network of Hillsborough is seeking a Quality Management Specialist to aid the implementation of quality systems, develop SOC policies, and review case files to ensure compliance with laws and agency standards.

The role collaborates with case management and supervisors to identify gaps, implement improvements, and support service delivery for children and families. Requires driving and in-office work, with training requirements and field-based activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology or related human services required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Credentialed Child Welfare Case Manager through Florida Certification Board required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of case files, assessments, and service plans to ensure compliance with laws, policies and quality standards.
• Monitor psychotropic medications and ensure compliance with state, federal and agency standards.
• Evaluate accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of case documentation.
• Review and track Child Placement Agreements for state compliance.
• Identify strengths and areas for improvement in case management and service delivery.
• Collaborate with caseworkers and supervisors to enhance interventions and outcomes.
• Develop and implement quality improvement training and resources.
