Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Child welfare professional certification.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in the field of child welfare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of case files and documents for compliance with laws and agency policies.
• Perform Child and Family Services Reviews (CFSR) as required.
• Evaluate accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of case documentation.
• Identify strengths and opportunities for improvement in case management and reporting.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance service quality and outcomes.
• Collaborate on quality improvement initiatives, trainings, and resources.
• Monitor trends in outcomes and compliance metrics to inform decisions.
• Participate in case review meetings and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
