Job summary

Saint Joe's in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Quality & Compliance Specialist to uphold quality, regulatory compliance, and safety across the organization. You will implement, monitor, and improve policies, coordinate trainings, and work with multiple teams to ensure adherence to standards.

The position reports to the Director of Quality and Compliance and offers competitive pay, weekly payroll, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPHQ certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and quality management preferred.
• Background in a DODD setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and teams.
• Ability to manage priorities, maintain confidentiality, and follow through on compliance-related responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational compliance with corporate policies, industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety programs.
• Monitor and maintain effective systems for quality, compliance, and accountability.
• Manage and support compliance policies, procedures, and related documentation.
• Facilitate and coordinate quality, compliance, and safety training.
• Partner with departments and teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Help promote a culture of quality, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Support ongoing quality assurance and compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate, manage and monitor Saint Joe's critical incident reporting system with internal and external partners.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders and partners.
• Work closely with leadership and staff to ensure requirements are understood and consistently followed.
