Job summary

Saint Joe's in Sharonville, OH, is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Supervisor for a full-time evening schedule in a developmental disability residential program. Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year supervisory experience in the developmental disability field.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points) and proof of insurance.
• Willingness to drive agency vehicles.
• Ability to pass a knowledge and skills assessment.
• CPR/First Aid training provided upon hire.

• Assist with scheduling, staff orientation, and performance evaluations.

• Maintain documentation and uphold agency policies.
