Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Quality & Compliance leader to maintain ISO 9001 and environmental management systems within a US-based manufacturing setting in Reno. You will oversee document control, audits, and root-cause analyses while partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic quality initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing quality, strong data skills, and the ability to lead a team of quality professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Solid product manufacturing comprehension; electronics knowledge is a plus.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and other agency standards.
• Advanced understanding of manufacturing processes, influences and containment tactics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ISO compliance for Quality and Environmental management.
• Provide training on ISO 9001.
• Ensure audit responses are closed out properly and timely.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set strategic plans and objectives.
• Manage and maintain document control for agency compliance and training records.
• Lead corrective and preventative actions and measure effectiveness.
• Direct the Quality supervisors and foster continuous quality improvement.
• Complete 8D reports and Material Declaration Sheets as needed.
• Develop and monitor metrics for Management Review.
• Interpret and implement policies affecting staff work.
• Ensure work areas are clean and safe; maintain morale to meet schedules.
