Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Las Vegas seeks an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality management systems, drive CAPA, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance across manufacturing operations. You will mentor teams, manage audits, analyze data, and partner with leadership to deliver world-class product quality and continuous improvement in a fast-paced tech manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of Quality Management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience maintaining ISO 9001 QMS and supporting third-party audits.
• Advanced knowledge of quality tools, CAPA, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISO 9001 compliance and other applicable quality standards.
• Drive quality initiatives and continuous improvement across manufacturing.
• Plan, coordinate, and support internal and external audits; close findings.
• Deliver quality systems training to employees and leadership.
• Collaborate with site leadership to meet strategic quality objectives.
• Oversee document control, calibration, records and training documentation.
• Lead CAPA programs and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Coach and develop Quality Supervisors and team members.
• Complete and manage 8D investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Analyze quality data, trends and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Present quality metrics during management reviews.
• Develop containment strategies for quality issues.
