Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Reno, NV is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Supervisor to lead a team of Quality Inspectors and ensure conformity with specifications. You will drive QC processes and provide timely feedback to improve quality documentation and training.

You will develop and maintain inspection procedures, perform root-cause analyses, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to prevent defects and enhance overall product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising quality inspectors and leading QC teams.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and inspection processes and quality systems.
