Qualifications

• B.A. degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field.
• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of relative experience.
• Solid product manufacturing comprehension; computer electronics a plus.
• Working knowledge of maintaining ISO 9001 and other agency standards.
• Advanced understanding of manufacturing processes, influences and containment tactics.
• Ability to work long days, evenings, weekends and travel when required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain ISO and Environmental management compliance; oversee internal quality manufacturing management.
• Provide training on ISO 9001.
• Close audit responses promptly and effectively.
• Participate with senior leadership to set strategic plans and objectives.
• Manage document control for agency compliance, training records, calibration logs.
• Drive corrective and preventative actions; measure their effectiveness.
• Lead Quality Supervisors and coach subordinates for continuous quality improvement.
• Complete 8D reports and Material Declaration Sheets when needed.
• Implement and track metrics for Management Review.
