Hyve Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Quality/ISO Lead to manage ISO compliance across Quality and Environmental programs. You will oversee audits, document control, and corrective actions while partnering with senior leadership on strategic quality initiatives.

The role demands strong data analysis, root-cause problem solving, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes. Travel and extended hours may be required in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant manufacturing/quality experience
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
• Experience maintaining ISO 9001 and other agency standards
• Willingness to work long hours and travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for maintaining ISO compliance for Quality and Environmental management.
• Provide training on ISO 9001.
• Ensure all audit responses are closed out in a proper and timely manner
• Participate with senior leadership to establish strategic plans and objectives
• Manage and maintain document control for agency compliance and training records
• Lead corrective and preventative action initiatives and measure effectiveness
• Manage Quality supervisors and foster continuous improvement culture
• Complete 8D reports and Material Declaration Sheets when needed
• Implement metrics and maintain Management Review metrics
• Proficient in spreadsheet creation, manipulation, and data analysis for root-cause resolution
• Interpret and enforce company policies and procedures affecting subordinates
• Keep work areas clean and safe
• Maintain employee morale to meet schedules
