Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Las Vegas is seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to lead quality systems, drive continuous improvement, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance across our manufacturing operations. You will oversee CAPA, audits, training, and data-driven quality initiatives to deliver world-class product quality.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in manufacturing quality, and expertise in quality tools and analytics. On-site position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Quality Management experience in manufacturing.
• Advanced knowledge of quality tools, root-cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain ISO 9001 compliance and other quality standards.
• Drive CAPA programs and ensure effective corrective actions.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and close findings timely.
• Develop and deliver quality systems training to employees.
• Coach Quality Supervisors and team members to improve performance.
• Analyze quality data and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Prepare and present quality metrics in management reviews.
