Job summary

Crossroads Community, Inc. is seeking a Quality and Compliance Coordinator to oversee agency-wide quality, compliance, and risk management, including CRMHS oversight.

The role collaborates with program teams to implement performance management and evaluation efforts and to respond to findings. Responsibilities include leading internal audits, serving as HIPAA Privacy Officer, policy reviews, licensing submissions, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; 2 years positively referenced administrative and psychiatric rehabilitation, or related experience
• Analytical skills to evaluate systems and provide recommendations
• Knowledge of legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements
• Mental health/psychiatric rehabilitation experience to understand agency needs

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance management and evaluation efforts for CCI and CRMHS
• Coordinate internal audits to identify deficits and ensure quality and compliance
• Inform and follow up on designated compliance areas; report to the Board as needed
• Serve as HIPAA Privacy Officer and train staff on HIPAA standards
• Review and revise policies, procedures and forms for compliance
• Submit licensing applications and monitor related processes
• Maintain a healthy and safe environment
• Maintain familiarity with policies and systems; participate on Leadership Team
