Job summary

Tepeyac Community Health Center seeks a Senior Director for Quality, Risk and Compliance to lead the QRC department and ensure ongoing federal, state and local regulatory compliance. You will supervise the Data Analyst and collaborate with executive leadership to drive safety, quality and accountability across Tepeyac.

The role requires extensive knowledge in HIPAA, HRSA, and CMS requirements; you will report to the CEO/BOD and guide policy, audits, and training activities within a dynamic,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in regulatory compliance, quality and/or risk management; 10 years preferred.
• Certification in Healthcare Compliance required; other certifications considered.

Responsibilities

• Direct, ensure timely implementation of required activities within Compliance, Risk Management and Quality Programs.
• Provide guidance and training to executive/leadership to achieve program objectives.
• Report to the Board on effectiveness of programs and related HRSA requirements.
• Oversee corporate compliance, training, and policy development; maintain Corporate Compliance Plan.
