Job summary

Long Island Select Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Director of Compliance and Risk Management to lead the organization’s compliance and risk programs. The role will chair the Compliance Committee, develop and implement HIPAA, 340B, HRSA, and OSHA compliant processes, and coordinate audits with external bodies.

The position requires ensuring regulatory adherence, updating policies, and training staff to maintain organizational integrity across all functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare compliance certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in healthcare compliance.
• Experience in community-based healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong regulatory compliance knowledge and ability to operationalize programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and chair the Compliance Committee and oversee the compliance program.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program aligned with applicable laws.
• Oversee contract compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, 340B, HRSA, OSHA).
• Establish and update essential compliance policies and audit plans.
• Conduct HIPAA risk assessments and ensure safeguards are in place.
• Develop employee compliance training and monitor attestations and evaluations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulators for audits and inquiries.
