Job summary

Flow Control Group seeks a Quality & Regulatory Leader to drive continuous improvement across Pioneer facilities. You will lead quality initiatives, oversee audits, and develop KPIs to ensure compliance with ASME, API, DOT, NBIC, and related standards. Travel up to 25% may be required to support sites and customer visits.

The role requires engineering background, strong communication, and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization to maintain a culture of quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Working knowledge of ASME, API, DOT, NBIC and regulatory codes.
• Experience as a weld inspector or welding knowledge preferred.
• Ability to interpret audits and define corrective actions.
• Effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation for quality processes and compliance.
• Identify efficiency opportunities across Pioneer facilities.
• Ensure SOP, regulatory, and third‑party audit compliance.
• Develop KPIs for data‑driven quality improvements.
• Lead quality initiatives and investigations; act as SME on quality processes.
• Collaborate with sales to manage customer quality complaints and corrective actions.
• Provide training on SOPs and regulatory requirements; support visits and regulatory committees as needed.
