Pioneer Industrial Corporation is seeking a Quality/Regulatory lead to oversee quality programs, compliance with ASME/API/DOT/NBIC and regulatory standards. You will coordinate audits, recalls, and corrective actions while mentoring leadership across sites.

The role requires 25% travel and a strong background in welding practices, quality metrics, and cross-functional collaboration to support the Pioneer facilities’ regulatory and customer requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Working knowledge of ASME, API, DOT, NBIC, and regulatory codes.
• Experience as a weld inspector or knowledge of welding practices desired.
• Ability to interpret quality audits and define corrective actions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead quality initiatives to improve metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as primary contact for third-party quality audit services.
• Develop and lead company-wide product recall program.
• Mentor leadership and site personnel on quality programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales to investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality and safety.
