Qualifications

• Ability to interpret quality audits, test results, and define corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Follow Pioneer Safety and Quality procedures and regulations.
• Lead safety briefings and address safety concerns at the facility.
• Oversee documentation, invoicing paperwork, and payroll/HR functions.
• Collaborate with sales and supply chain to resolve customer issues and track corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional support for Indianapolis facility operations.
• Develop KPIs for data-driven quality and compliance improvements.
