Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Senior Nuclear Quality Engineer to lead the Nuclear Quality Management System at the Charlotte site. You will drive compliance, lead audits, and partner across functions to ensure high quality in nuclear products and processes.

You will coach problem solving, support supplier quality, and ensure alignment with ASME NQA-1, 10 CFR requirements, and ISO standards while advancing continuous improvement in a multi-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 5+ years' experience leading nuclear quality programs meeting ASME BPVC, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, ASME NQA-1, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 19443.
• Experience in metal-mechanic industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead Nuclear Quality Management System at the site.
• Lead Nuclear audit program (external, supplier, internal).
• Partner with all functional areas to assure Nuclear Quality compliance.
• Support Nuclear Customer Complaints /escapes problem solving and present results.
• Engage in Nuclear Project specification reviews and ITP development.
• Provide site training on Nuclear Safety Culture and other Quality topics.
• Lead and support any Quality audits.
