Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered; license/certification where required by law.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor training and development; conduct performance evaluations and coaching; oversee recruiting and hiring.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; establish work schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff; set deadlines.
• Execute both company and client compliance programs and participate in continuous improvement objectives.
• Communicate initiatives and issues across functional areas; report compliance status to stakeholders.
• Track the success of quality-of-service initiatives for non-regulated services.
• Report compliance metrics to the client during review meetings; escalate issues to internal and client management.
• Execute inspection readiness programs; assist with audits; serve as a resource for quality operations.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values; influence stakeholders to reach agreement.
• Apply knowledge of own discipline and cross-discipline integration to achieve objectives.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
