Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director of Quality and Compliance to oversee global programs across Industrial, Logistics, and Defense sectors.

You will supervise teams, interface with enterprise leadership, and drive consistency, governance, and high‑quality deliverables for diverse clients worldwide. The role requires navigating highly regulated environments, leading cross‑functional initiatives, and negotiating terms with clients and vendors while promoting CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in highly regulated environments including Industrial, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Government and Defense.
• Ability to create a program and implement amongst various stakeholders.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple departments' results.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. AI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal global supervision to the sector and oversight to accounts and employees responsible for Quality and Compliance management and operations.
• Create formal global program and interface with enterprise leadership to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Participate in sales and solutioning for opportunities with clients requiring Quality and Compliance programs.
• Manage all contractual agreement aspects and ensure staffing to achieve quality deliverables.
• Evaluate, select, implement, and actualize best practices across the client portfolio.
• Research and align quality initiatives with current requirements; direct continuous improvement objectives.
• Approve and negotiate terms of Quality Agreements with clients and vendors; oversee vendor management.
