Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. through CBRE | DIRECTLINE is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Specialist to lead site QA/QC activities on data center projects in the US.

You will oversee documentation, conduct inspections, and coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with codes and standards. You will implement QA/QC processes, manage nonconformances, prepare closeout documentation, and lead weekly QA/QC meetings.

Qualifications

• Proficient in understanding construction documents and blueprints.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to train employees and coordinate across teams.
• Experience with QA/QC processes in data center or commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities on data center projects and ensure compliance with standards.
• Oversee site documentation and conduct inspections with subcontractors.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and vendors on quality matters.
• Manage nonconformances and remedial actions, closeout documentation.
• Chair weekly QA/QC site meetings and review QC submittals.
